The Grange with its Organic Tent

A listed historic monument, the Grange offers 400m² of space to host up to 600 people. An inner courtyard and a Berber tent are at your disposal. Depending on your needs, the venue can be equipped with a full audiovisual system. This space is ideal for weddings, cocktail parties, conferences, dinners and much more!

The Orangerie and its terrace

The Orangerie (120m²) offers a breathtaking view of the Butte de Waterloo and access to the outdoor terrace (200m²). With a capacity of up to 120 people for a Walking Dinner, this venue is ideal for private and professional events, such as dinners, cocktail parties and weddings.

The Wellington room

The Wellington room has a capacity of 280 people in theatre configuration and is equipped with three screens, projectors and microphones. This makes it the perfect setting for your business events, such as seminars and meetings. This room can be divided into three smaller areas if you wish: the Brancardier room, the Nurse room and the Surgeon room (100m²). These rooms are ideal for seminars and meetings.

The Speakeasy room

The Speakeasy room is a versatile venue with sound equipment that can host a variety of events, from festive occasions to private parties and cocktail receptions.

The Templier room

The 60m² Templier room is located next to the brasserie. Space designed for small groups, which can accommodate up to 30 people.

Our various rooms are equipped with the clickshare system and HDMI capability. These spaces have free Wi-Fi and are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Located close to the ring road, the Ferme de Mont Saint Jean is easily accessible, thanks in particular to its large free car park.

Venue rental includes the following elements :

  • Space reserved for the caterer
  • Toilets
  • A wooden bar with taps can be installed in the barn, enabling you to offer your guests the famous Waterloo draught beers (price on request).
  • Wi-Fi is free of charge.
  • Cleaning before and after the event
  • Costs (heating / electricity)
  • Car park

All events are accompanied by a high-quality culinary service, that’s why we only work with a select list of
caterers. They provide you with impeccable service within your budget, aligned to your traditions and persuasion.
This list will be presented to you during your visit.
